Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at the Hershey, PA campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routine management, medication administration, planning activities, devotions, chapel attendance, and budgeting oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years is required.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
