Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. The pair will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home, creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role in a legally married two-year minimum.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
