Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents. This two-person couple role requires married partners to live in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

Initially you will work nine days on, followed by three days off, with progression toward a placed houseparent role. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and relocation assistance.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
