Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. This unique role places couples in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

The position begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a placed Houseparent living with the same group.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
