Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and mentor a group of 8–13 students. Couples work nine days on and three days off, with potential progression to a placed houseparent living arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple requirement (two-person role).
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
