Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full‑time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social development in a structured, family‑like environment.

The role starts with nine days on duty followed by three off, with transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
