Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for 8-13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

The position follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with a future transition to a placed houseparent. Benefits include medical, dental, vision; retirement, relocation assistance, paid training, and generous housing and meals for those on duty.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple required.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
