Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA is hiring Full-time Flex Houseparents. This two-person role involves living in on-campus student homes to provide care for 8–13 students and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, schedules, devotions, activities, and budgeting. Benefits include housing, meals during duty, comprehensive coverage, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver''s license; ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
