Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents who live on campus and care for 8–13 students. You will provide mentorship, supervise routines, and coordinate activities in a structured, supportive environment.

The role requires a two-person married couple, with duties including transportation, devotions, and campus safety. A nine consecutive days on duty schedule followed by three days off is the initial pattern, with a path to a placed home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students in the home.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
