Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision and support for a group of 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
