Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8-13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Two-person couple role with a legally married pair for at least two years
• Both spouses aged 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children in the student home
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
• Valid U.S. driver2;s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in role-model duties

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
• Manage household routines and student schedules
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational events
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting
