Milton Hershey School invites couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Living in on-campus homes, you will closely supervise 8-13 students, support their daily routines, devotions, and weekly Chapel experiences while guiding their academic and social growth.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of married partnership, both spouses 27+, clean driving record, and willingness to lead activities. Housing plus benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27+.
• No more than three dependent children allowed in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational outings
• Leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
