Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person couple) to provide care, guidance and supervision for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses are 27 or older.

The role includes living on campus with nine days on duty and three off, with potential placement in a single home over time. Salary is $46,917 per person (roughly $180,000 per couple) with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance,

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for a married couple.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and actively engage in developmental and recreational activities with students.
