Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes and supervise a group of 8-13 students, supporting academic, emotional, and social development.

Initial duties cover nine days on, three off, before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with continued housing and student care responsibilities. Salary per person is $46,917 with full benefits and relocation/training support.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
