Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Hershey, PA campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, and leading devotions and chapel participation.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples (at least two years).
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Must have valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
