Job summary

The University of Oregon, through University Housing, seeks a Community Director to oversee the first-year residential experience as a live-in Officer of Administration. You will lead in implementing the Residential Curriculum and facilitate academic and co-curricular experiences for residential students.

You will supervise Resident Assistants, engage students, and collaborate with campus partners to advance community development, social justice, and inclusion while ensuring safety and policy

Qualifications

• Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree plus two years of full-time experience in residence life.
• One year of experience with direct supervision of student staff or student leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead in constructing and implementing the Residential Curriculum.
• Facilitate academic and co-curricular residential experiences through engagement with residential students.
• Supervise Resident Assistants and provide opportunities for intrapersonal and community development.
• Collaborate with staff across University Housing and campus partners to drive community development and safety.
