Job summary
Visiting Angels Springfield, IL is seeking a Live-In Certified Nurse Aide to join our caring team. We offer flexible hours: full-time, part-time, PRN, weekdays, nights and weekends, with shifts from 1 to 12 hours.
You will earn $16-$20/hour, enjoy a $400 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package with health/dental/vision insurance, PTO and paid orientation. Help seniors stay independent at home.
Qualifications
- Strong compassion and dedication to seniors.
- Ability to follow care plans and medications.
- Good time management and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical endurance for living-in care.
Responsibilities
- Help clients take prescribed medication.
- Assist with ambulation and mobility around home.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Assist with routine exercises and mobility.
- Plan and prepare meals with client input.
- Shop for groceries or accompany shopping.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide companionship and supportive presence.
- Report unusual incidents promptly.
- Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
