Visiting Angels Springfield, IL is seeking a Live-In Certified Nurse Aide to join our caring team. We offer flexible hours: full-time, part-time, PRN, weekdays, nights and weekends, with shifts from 1 to 12 hours.

You will earn $16-$20/hour, enjoy a $400 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package with health/dental/vision insurance, PTO and paid orientation. Help seniors stay independent at home.

Responsabilidades

• Help clients take prescribed medication.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility around home.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with routine exercises and mobility.
• Plan and prepare meals with client input.
• Shop for groceries or accompany shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship and supportive presence.
• Report unusual incidents promptly.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.

Live-In Certified Nurse Aide Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Live-In Certified Nurse Aide Requirements

• Passion to serve others - a true caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
