About the Division

UMC HomeWorks, the home care division of United Methodist Communities, has been serving older adults throughout New Jersey for more than 100 years. Our Live-In Certified Home Health Aides provide personalized in-home assistance that helps clients maintain their daily routines and continue living in a familiar environment, with support from an experienced care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one support based on each client's individual needs and preferences
• Assist with personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support
• Help with meal preparation, dining assistance, and light household tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities when needed
• Observe client well-being and communicate relevant updates to the care team

What You'll Need

Required:

• Current, active New Jersey CHHA certification
• High school diploma or GED18 years of age or older

Preferred:

• Experience providing care or support in a home-based setting

Pay & Benefits

• $241-$257 per day, based on case assignment details
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits
