Job summary

Right at Home Boston Metro West in Milford, MA is seeking a weekend live-in caregiver from Thursdays to Sundays to provide compassionate in-home care.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, light housekeeping, mobility, medication reminders, and companionship, while supporting clients including those with dementia. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Background check clearance required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers and mobility (bed to chair, walker, etc.).
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, bed linens).
• Offer medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with prescribed exercises or range-of-motion activities.
• Provide companionship and engagement through conversation, music, reading, or walks.
• Support clients with dementia or cognitive challenges.

Education

High school diploma or GED

CNA license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred

What You’ll Do
