Griswold Home Care is seeking experienced, dependable live-in caregivers to provide high-quality private-duty care to seniors and adults in their homes throughout Massachusetts and surrounding areas.

This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who take pride in their work, understand the responsibility of caring for another person in their home, and have a proven history of providing reliable, compassionate care. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of verifiable direct-care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of verifiable direct-care experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client assignments.
• Successful completion of required background screening.
• Ability to provide professional references who can verify your experience, responsibilities, and quality of care.

Responsabilités

• Personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
• Medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Dementia care and other specialized support as needed.
