Inclusion Factor is seeking caring individuals for a live-in caregiving role in Minnesota. You will share a home with an adult with disabilities, making the residence your primary home with rent paid as part of the position.

In addition, caregivers receive a food stipend and paid hours. This role is about forming real connections, offering flexibility, and finding a location that fits both you and the person you support.

• Provide compassionate live-in caregiving to adults with disabilities.
• Share a home with the person you support and manage daily living tasks.
• Allocate time for supporting the person, working with others we support, or a combination.
