One You Love Homecare The Palm Beaches is seeking a Live-In Caregiver in Delray Beach to provide non-medical home care, companionship, and support for clients to maintain independence and dignity. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include mobility support, safety monitoring, transportation, and documenting tasks. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred, with an emphasis on compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Job Summary

• Live In Caregiver. Driver preferred
• As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping.

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.

• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
