Job summary

Griswold Home Care is seeking a Live-in Caregiver in Boca Raton, FL. You will provide in-home support, helping clients with daily living activities and ensuring comfort and safety for clients and their families.

Griswold emphasizes meaningful care and offers weekly pay, paid orientation and ongoing education, and referral/recognition bonuses. You will join a supportive office staff on-call team and contribute to compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and positive attitude with strong communication.
• Minimum 6+ months caregiving experience preferred.
• HHA or CNA preferred; dementia/Alzheimer's care experience valued.
• Legally able to work in the United States and pass background checks.
• Two professional references able to verify caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, home care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, documentation, personal and companion care.
