Melody Cares is seeking a live-in caregiver in Minnesota. The role involves sharing a home with an adult with disabilities in a true live-in arrangement, where the residence becomes your primary home and rent is paid as part of the position.

Live-in caregivers receive a food stipend and paid working hours. Hours may involve supporting the person you live with or assisting other individuals we support, or a combination of both.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate nature required.
• Ability to live in a home setting and collaborate with care recipients.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and companionship to the person you live with.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed and monitor wellbeing.
