Job summary

Mosaic in Colorado is seeking dedicated Home Providers to create a meaningful and inclusive environment for individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a Home Provider, you'll help individuals thrive by offering support in daily activities and fostering community connections.

This role requires a commitment to helping individuals feel safe and valued, as well as reliable transportation, a stable home environment, and the ability to complete necessary background checks. Experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current resident of Colorado, own/rent a home.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills such as cooking and budgeting.
• Assist with medication administration and appointments.
• Help build connections and participate in the community.
• Provide transportation and support with daily activities.
• Maintain documentation with the Mosaic support team.
