Job summary

Mosaic seeks Home Providers in Colorado to welcome individuals with intellectual disabilities into their homes, offering a supportive family dynamic and a sense of belonging.

You’ll provide daily living support, accompany medical visits, and help with community participation, all while earning an income that typically averages around $46,530 annually, plus rent and household expense contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reside in Colorado (Littleton or Lakewood) with own or rented home.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Able to pass screenings, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming an individual with intellectual disability to live full-time in your home.
• Assist with daily living skills, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and decision-making.
• Support medical appointments, medications, and transportation as needed.
• Help build community connections and personal independence.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with Mosaic support team.
