SYNERGY Home Care of Cape Fear is seeking a live-in caregiver to provide compassionate, non-medical support in clients\' homes. The role emphasizes companionship, daily living assistance, and reliable, punctual service as part of a dedicated care team.

No prior experience is required; we offer training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for ongoing orientation. Applicants must be 18+, pass a background check, and have dependable transportation to serve local clients in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Ages 18+
• Must be able to pass a background check & be lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation (valid driver\'s license and auto insurance will be requested)
• No experience is required - Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship, social engagement, and personal care.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
• Other duties as assigned
