SYNERGY Home Care is seeking a live-in caregiver to provide compassionate non-medical support, companionship, and relationship-building with clients in their own homes. Training is provided and background checks are required to ensure safety and trust.

We value punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with families and care teams. This role offers ongoing training and a supportive environment that recognizes and rewards dedicated caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• Ages 18+
• No experience is required. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation (valid driver's license and auto insurance will be requested)

Aufgaben

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Other duties as assigned
