Job summary

Embark Care is seeking a dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide non-medical, in-home care including assistance with daily living, transportation, and memory care support. The role requires a stable schedule with a Wednesday 12:00pm to Wednesday 12:00pm, week-on/week-off rotations, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Live-in care experience with references.
• Memory care experience for dementia/Alzheimer's with references.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, transfers, grooming)
• Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
• Work a Wednesday 12:00pm THROUGH Wednesday 12:00pm schedule with a week on/week off rotation
