Pccliving is seeking a compassionate live-in caregiver to support residents in our assisted living facility. The role focuses on empathetic care, daily living assistance, meal preparation, and medication administration, all within a safe and respectful environment.

The ideal candidate holds a state-recognized caregiver certification, can pass a background check, and is able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state-recognized caregiver certification.
• Willing to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Pre-employment drug test is required.
• Food Handlers Card required or able to obtain.
• Experience in assisted living or similar caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork is essential.
• Physically able to assist residents including lifting.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Administer medications to residents as scheduled and prescribed.
• Prepare and serve meals adhering to dietary needs and preferences.
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervisory staff.
• Engage residents in social and physical activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in living spaces and common areas.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Provide emotional support and confidentiality for residents.
