Job summary

FCP Live-In in Florida is seeking Live-In Caregivers to support elderly clients in their homes. This per diem role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship to promote independence and comfort.

Caregivers provide mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, and compassionate care, often working across a flexible schedule with regional case coverage.

Qualifications

• You are CNA/HHA/PCA certified and have experience with the elderly.
• Health screens must be cleared as required by state regulations.
• Background and reference checks must be cleared.
• Must be flexible to work across VT,NH,ME,CT,MA,RI and FL.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including hygiene, bathing, dressing.
• Ambulation assistance and ROM exercises.
• Medication oversight and reminders.
• Companionship and social engagement, wellness facilitation.
• Cooking and meal preparation.
• Shopping, errands, and transportation.
• Perform homemaking tasks.
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s care.
• Hospice care when needed.

About the Position

• Live-In Caregivers perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):

• Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing
• Ambulation assistance and help with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Medication oversight and reminders
• Companionship, socializing with the client, purposeful engagement, facilitating wellness
• Cooking, meal and snack preparation
• Shopping (grocery, household, other), running errands, transport to appointments
• Perform homemaking activities including
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care
• Hospice Care
