Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
• Help with ambulation and prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises
• Provide medication oversight and reminders
• Offer companionship, socializing, and purposeful engagement to promote wellness
• Prepare cooking, meals, and snacks
• Handle shopping (groceries, household items), running errands, and transportation to appointments
• Perform homemaking activities
• Provide dementia/Alzheimer’s care as needed
• Provide hospice care as required
