Job summary

A home health care provider is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide essential care in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Must be able to travel throughout the territory (Montgomery and/or Chester County).
• Valid Drivers License & vehicle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide bathing and grooming assistance.
• Manage toileting and nail care.
• Conduct range of motion exercises.
• Assist with transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Check vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration.
• Handle home management tasks like laundry and meal preparation.
• Support ambulation and medication assistance.

• Montgomery County Areas
• We are looking for Days, Evenings & Overnight shifts starting at $16.00-$18.00 per hour. Weekdays and Weekends.

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Pay Rate: $16 - $18/ hour depending on Location
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
