Care To Stay Home Inc. is seeking compassionate Live-In Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in the Post Falls, Idaho area.

The role includes companionship, personal care, meals, mobility support, and medication reminders, with live-in assignments arranged in 3- or 4-day rotations. Compensation starts at $274.08 per day without NAC certification or $280.00 per day with NAC certification, with additional compensation per the rate sheet.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional caregivers.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to stay in a client's home for 3 or 4 consecutive days.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet applicable Idaho employment and background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Help with mobility and fall prevention.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Observe and report changes in client well-being.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
