Responsibilities Responsibilities As a Live-In Caregiver at New Century Home Care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel safe, comfortable, and empowered in their own homes. Your day-to-day tasks will encompass: Providing hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Fostering companionship by engaging clients in conversation, sharing activities that bring joy, and creating cherished memories. Whipping up delicious meals that cater to individual preferences and ensure proper dietary needs are met. Maintaining a clean and inviting environment through light housekeeping tasks. Offering emotional support and fostering a sense of well-being in a positive and secure environment. Observing and reporting any changes in a client's condition, behavior, or environment to the care team. Upholding the highest standards of care by adhering to all New Century Home Care policies and state regulations. We are seeking dedicated Live-In Caregivers to provide round-the-clock care and support in various areas of Philadelphia. Our available positions include opportunities in Center City (19103), South Philadelphia (19145), West Philadelphia (19104), North Philadelphia (19121), Northeast Philadelphia (19111), Northwest Philadelphia (19119), and Southwest Philadelphia (19142).
