Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home.
• Provide medication reminders as directed in the care plan.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team.
• Offer overnight supervision as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, continuous care.

This role is ideal for caregivers who are experienced, reliable, and committed to promoting safety, dignity, and independence for the individuals they serve.

Compensation & Benefits

• $250/day, with flexibility to negotiate based on experience and case requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Provide medication reminders as directed in the care plan
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in the client’s condition
• Offer overnight supervision as needed
• Collaborate with the Care Team to ensure quality and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• CNA certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism when working with seniors and individuals with disabilities

Preferred:

• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience with dementia care, Parkinson’s, Autism, etc.
