Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Experience with school-aged or older children
• Comfort with embedding structured learning into daily nanny duties
• Willingness to travel with the family

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a consistent daily structure and routine
• Plan age-appropriate activities based on the child’s interests and abilities
• Provide 1–1.5 hours daily of structured educational activities
• Adapt learning activities to the child’s learning style and needs
• Reinforce school concepts in an engaging, practical way
• Encourage independence, confidence and life skills
• Support communication and social development through everyday interactions
• Communicate progress with parents; participate in travel as needed
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation related to the child
