Job summary

The Elite Nanny Team is seeking a Special Needs Nanny to provide full-time, in-home care for two children in Plymouth, MN. You will support education and development while maintaining a calm, structured home environment.

Experience with autism/ASD and behavior modification strategies is preferred. A reliable car, CPR/First Aid recertification, and a caring, proactive attitude are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum two years of paid experience working with children.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus.
• Reliable car and clean driving record required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to recertify.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care for two children in a private household in Plymouth, MN.
• Engage children with educational and developmental activities; support ongoing learning.
• Reinforce behavior modification techniques as advised by therapists.
• Take children to park and planned activities; maintain organization at home.
