Job summary

Synergy HomeCare North Atlanta seeks a compassionate Live-In Care Partner to provide daily living support, personal care, companionship and safety in clients' homes.

You will reside with the client during live-in assignments and maintain a clean, comfortable home. Requirements: 3+ years caregiving, CNA/PCA preferred, CPR/First Aid, TB test or chest X-ray, reliable transport and background check clearance.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and ADLs.
• Must be able to pass required background screening.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Current TB Skin test or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• The Live-In Care Partner remains at the client's residence for the scheduled live-in assignment.

As a Live-In Care Partner, you will support the client with daily living activities, personal care, companionship and safety while maintaining a comfortable, clean home environment. The Care Partner is expected to remain at the client's residence for the scheduled live-in assignment. Care Partners must remain attentive, responsive, and prepared to assist the client whenever care is needed.

Requirements

• Three years of professional caregiving experience. CNA, PCA, and home care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and ADLs
