SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caring, motivated individuals to join our team as in-home caregivers in Henderson, NV. You’ll provide warm, dignified care in clients’ homes, assisting with daily activities, companionship, and light housekeeping while supporting their independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1+ year of caregiving experience or experience in a related field.
• Applicants must have consistent weekly availability and commit to at least 2 days per week and 48 hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll bring comfort, dignity, and joy to those who need it most—right in the homes where they feel safest. You will care for clients of all ages and abilities by providing support with ADLs such as:

• Warm, personalized care in clients’ homes

• Companionship & social engagement

• Bathing, dressing, light hygiene support

• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep

• Medication reminders

• Assistance with transportation to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and other outings as needed

• Building trusting relationships with clients and their families

• Dependable care with a big heart and professional integrity

Experience Requirement:

Availability Requirement:

Applicants must have consistent weekly availability and be able to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week and at least 48 hours.

Reliable, consistent availability is essential to ensure continuity of care and scheduling stability for our clients.

*** We are looking for caregivers who are interested in building a reliable schedule and maintaining ongoing relationships with their clients. This is not intended to be a revolving-door position where caregivers come and go as they please from client assignments. ***

Driver Requirement:

Must have a valid driver’s license, your own reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance, as driving is required to get to your shifts and for possible client transportation needs.

Uber, public transportation (bus), rideshare services, or drop-offs are NOT CONISDERED RELIABLE transportation for this role.

Consistent, dependable personal transportation is required.
