Job summary

Timber-Lee is seeking a Cabin Leader to spend the summer on-site, lead and mentor a group of campers, and foster faith-based growth. You’ll live in the cabin, guide daily devotions, and build meaningful relationships that shape character and faith.

Responsibilities include managing cabin routines and supporting camp activities, with an emphasis on safety, structure, and gospel-centered conversations. This role demands full engagement in a live-in summer ministry environment.

Qualifications

• Professing Christian with a personal faith.
• Comfortable leading and discussing faith, including prayer and gospel-centered conversations.
• Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and care for a group of campers throughout the week.
• Guide daily devotions, prayer, and faith-based conversations.
• Build strong relationships and mentor campers one-on-one.
• Manage daily cabin routines (schedule, cleanliness, lights out, etc.).
• Support camper activities and overall camp experience.
• Partner with leadership on camper needs and development.
• Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment.
