Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Village Leader for a faith-centered summer camp. This live-in, residential role involves leading Cabin Leaders, coordinating village activities, and fostering growth in campers’ faith, confidence, and character.

You will mentor leaders, plan schedules, and support daily devotions in a ministry-driven environment. Housing and meals are provided for the season.

Qualifications

• This role requires a professing Christian with a personal faith.
• Comfortable leading and discussing faith, including prayer and gospel-centered conversations.
• Strong character, maturity, and sense of responsibility.
• Interest in mentoring and working with youth.
• Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and care for a group of Cabin Leaders throughout the week.
• Lead morning and evening village schedules and plan activities.

Additional Requirements
