Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I - Live Frozen to support production of live viral products. The role involves batching, aseptic filling, freezing, labeling, and documentation while upholding cGMP, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities span manufacturing operations, documentation control, equipment prep, and final product processing with potential weekend shifts. Associate/Bachelor's in Life Science preferred; Lean Manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing techniques and cleanroom behavior.
• Familiarity with cGMP manufacturing requirements and Good Documentation Practices.
• Experience or exposure to Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production batches following batch records and SOPs.
• Operate filling equipment for aseptic processing of live viral products.
• Set up, monitor and changeover filling equipment as needed.
• Verify batch calculations and production parameters.
• Maintain production records and compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory control and material management.
• Support cross-functional manufacturing operations as required.
