Job summary

CEVA SANTE ANIMALE in Lenexa, KS seeks a Live Downstream Lab Technician I to operate batching and filling equipment, work with live antigen, and follow cGMP processes. The role requires aseptic technique, equipment setup, environmental monitoring, and thorough documentation.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Qualifications include an associate/bachelor’s in Life Science (preferred), experience in a cGMP environment, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Qualifications

• Education: Associate/Bachelor's degree in Life Science preferred but not required.
• Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP and CGLP procedures is desirable.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and turnaround of all process equipment.
• Work with chemicals, steam, and pressurized vessels.
• Operate batching vessels, filling machines and capping machines.
• Perform environmental monitoring during aseptic procedures.
• Use aseptic technique during processes.
• Perform APHIS certified sampling procedures.
• Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain an effective working relationship with others.
• Perform all other duties assigned.
