Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking energetic individuals in Kailua, HI to drive sales through live events and product sampling. You will engage customers, showcase brands, and contribute to a standout shopping experience.

Responsibilities include supporting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding, as well as setting up and breaking down demos. Ideal candidates are 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action and results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/event setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and showcasing brands through live events and sampling.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding activities.
• Set up and break down demos and assist with candidate interviewing when needed.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution and customer experience.
