Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Camarillo, CA is seeking team members to drive sales through engaging customers with live events and in-store sampling. You will help brands come to life in stores and at events, and support leadership with reports, scheduling, and onboarding new teammates.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, stand up to 6 hours, and have reliable transportation to the work location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
