Legends Global is seeking a Production Manager to coordinate all technical stage aspects, including electrics, audio, fly, crewing, logistics, and preventive maintenance for all shows and licensees.

The role supervises in the Production Department and requires a 4-year Theater degree with technical emphasis, plus 3+ years in a performing arts center. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4-year theater degree with technical emphasis.
• 3+ years experience in a performing arts center/theater.
• Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and stage management.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and manage union stage personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-performance technical requirements with licensee.
• Oversee load-ins, set ups, show runs, and strikes for all shows.
• Coordinate backstage logistics with local Stage Employees Union representative.
• Prepare and coordinate event information with the event manager.
• Coordinate front of house details for events and manage event estimates.
• Prepare and process stage employee payroll.
• Process production vendor charges and reconcile statements monthly.
• Supervise maintenance program for lights, sound, and backstage equipment.
• Recommend capital purchases or improvements to Facility Director.
• Provide training and safe working conditions for stage staff in line with policies.
• Serve as Event Manager on Duty when required.
