Legends Global is seeking an Operations Specialist to support daily movement and placement of facility equipment and furnishings, up to 50 lbs. This labor-intensive role requires safe handling, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years custodial/janitorial/meeting setup experience in hotels, hospitals, offices, or event requisition-related roles preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand simple English.
• Must interact with guests in a friendly, courteous manner and assist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and clean environment.
• Review event documents and complete setup/dismantle tasks as directed.
• Coordinate equipment movement safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory in storage areas.
• Operate basic material handling equipment as required.
• Clean up spills, debris, and restock supplies throughout the facility.
• Perform general janitorial duties including floors, glass, and waste removal.
• Adhere to all venue policies and safety guidelines.
