Job summary

The WWE Documentaries & Original Content team in Stamford, CT is seeking an Associate Producer with a passion for storytelling and a versatile skill set. The role focuses on non-linear editing of long-form projects and collaborating with production teams from concept to delivery.

You will explore media assets, conduct interviews for field shoots, and work with graphics, audio, and post-production teams to bring projects to life in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• WWE product knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
• At least four years of production experience.
• Ability to tell long and short stories through editing; experience with Avid, After Effects, and Photoshop a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Some travel for field shoots may be required.

Associate Producer – WWE Documentaries & Original Content

The WWE Documentaries & Original Content group is looking for a driven and versatile Associate Producer with a passion for storytelling to join our award-winning team at WWE HQ in Stamford, CT.

Key Responsibilities

• Non-linear editing of long-form video for various WWE original projects
• Work with production team on original narrative content, from conceptualization to final delivery
• Explore media library assets to develop innovative specials and features
• Occasionally conduct interviews and field produce shoots at WWE events
• Work with graphics, audio and post-production departments to help bring productions to life.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• WWE product knowledge preferred but not mandatory
• At least four years of production experience
• Ability to tell long ad short stories through editing. Experience using Avid, Adobe After Effects, and PhotoShop a plus
• Ability to perform assigned content requests in a fast paced, deadline heavy environment
• Experience with camera operation a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working both independently and as a member of a team
• Some travel required for field shoots
• Ability to conceptualize ideas in a creative, non-traditional way
• Capable of handling various responsibilities and multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor degree (Communications, TV/Film Production, or related field of study preferred)

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum

$48,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum

$65,000 annually
